Krosstalk Ktor Client Auth

Auth scopes for the Krosstalk Ktor client plugin.

KtorClientAuth can be used to configure a generic Ktor auth feature.

KtorClientBasicAuth configures basic auth.

KtorClientBearerAuth configures bearer auth that loads tokens based on passed data, and KtorClientBearerTokenAuth configures bearer auth with passed tokens.
